How It Works
We begin by assessing your current data management system, your current reports, and those you would like to produce. Then we discuss your work flow (how data is generated and entered into the database).
After understanding your workflow, we agree on a budget. Data Designs, Inc. charges a flat rate depending on the number of reports and forms and their complexity.
We develop the database, reports, and forms as agreed, make it available for your review, and perform any tweaking necessary. Once the approved database is installed, and you are up and running, the database belongs to you - no monthly fees. Bug support is free for twelve months. More reports and forms, etc. can be added as needs arise.
Data Designs, Inc. is located in Tallahassee, Florida. Areas outside of North Florida and South Georgia may be served via computer conferencing, and remote computer access. Travel may also be arranged.
